Execution and submission What are the execution and delivery deadlines?
Deadlines depend on three factors:
1) Whether the service is standard, express or urgent.
2) The painting technique.
3) The size of the frame.

The following table refers to the time between the day the order is placed until the day you receive the painting.
Free: 20 DAYS
Express: 10 DAYS + 10%
Priority: 5 DAYS + 20%
Urgent: 2-3 DAYS + 40%
Is there an express service for shipping orders?
Yes. As you can see in the table, there are 3 types of services you can choose to reduce the delivery time. Prices depend on the level of priority and urgency you require.
I paid the remaining balance, but I haven't received a shipping notification yet. When should I receive it?
Please allow 2-4 days from the day you make your final payment for the painting to be shipped by fragile express mail, and for you to receive a notification by email. We require the painting to dry (in the case of oil or acrylic paintings), and the frame and framing to be applied (if necessary) before shipping.
How much does a painting cost?
The price of the paintings varies according to the theme (landscapes, people, animals/wildlife or people and animals together), the technique (oil, watercolor, pencil, colored pencil, charcoal, pastel or acrylic), the size and type of frame chosen.
The most complicated part of paintings are the subjects (people and animals). Painting faces and details from photographs is the most delicate task and requires a considerable amount of time. For this reason, we need to know the number of subjects in the painting in order to determine the complexity and, consequently, the price.
If your photograph contains a house/vehicle/landscape, add the corresponding number of subjects. In the case of people or animals being depicted, the number of people and animals present should be counted. The number of subjects refers to the number of people and animals you want to paint and does not consider images in the background such as houses, trees, cars or other buildings. Are there any extra costs for changes?
No, there are no additional costs. All changes are free of charge.
What payment methods are accepted?
1) Credit cards: Pay directly on our website using your credit card
2) PayPal: You can pay using your PayPal account or, if you don't have one, with your credit card through the link “I don't have a PayPal account”

Can I buy a Gift Voucher?
Yes! That's a great idea. Through the Gift Voucher service, the recipient will receive an email from us and a unique code that will allow them to order our painting products. They can also request a ready-to-print PDF copy of the certificate, or for us to send a postcard to the buyer or recipient. Order a Gift Voucher
Can I choose the style in which my painting will be executed?
Yes, you can! Browse the online gallery and choose examples that you would like to reproduce, or request it directly, either in writing or by sending images of a particular request or idea that you have in mind. Please provide reference examples and let me know which paintings you liked the most, so that I can try to paint your photo in a similar style.
How is my order packaged?
There are three shipping options:
1) Rolled – your product will be shipped rolled in an artistic tube.
2) Canvas stretched on a wooden frame – your product will be placed on a wooden frame. This option is only valid for oil and acrylic paintings.
3) Framed – Your product will be delivered already framed and ready to hang. All frames are made of solid wood.
On the website there are measurements 30×40 cm, but I prefer 40×30 cm. What do I do?
When we say 30×40 cm we mean 30×40 and 40×30 cm. If you send a horizontal photo, the product you will receive will be horizontal, if the photo is vertical, the product will be vertical. If you prefer a horizontal photo to be painted vertically or vice versa, write in the comments.
Can I choose a background for my painting?
Yes, at no extra cost. There are two options. You can choose to have the background chosen by me or choose a background, either option is valid, I am happy to paint a background that suits your image. If you want to keep the same as the photograph, that is also possible. Alternatively, if you want another background you can upload it to the website as a reference photo. When placing your order, use the text box where you can request any changes you want, including those related to the background.
What is the best technique for my photo?
The best technique is, above all, a personal matter. That is why we recommend that you browse our galleries of oil, charcoal, watercolor, pastel, pencil and acrylic paintings and find out which one suits you best. Please check the differences between the various techniques we offer. The most popular techniques among our customers are acrylic and charcoal.

Can I order a custom size? What is the price?
You can request a custom size. Just enter the dimensions you have in mind or write the exact measurements in the comments. We will contact you and inform you the cost of your custom measurements.
Can I see a preview of the painting before I receive it?
Yes, of course. When the painting is ready, we will contact you to view it online. Most of our customers are happy with the first version. However, if you would like any changes made, we will send it back to you for approval. Only then will the painting be shipped.
I would like to confirm my painting or request modifications. How can I do this?
